This week we started with the beginning of the Torah:

We first studied more of the Hebrew letters which we had not done
last week, like
Khaph and its
Sofit,
or final form
,
as well as
Lamed,
Mem,
again, in its usual form and in its final form
;
Nun,
also in its final form
;
Pheh,
also in its final form
;
Tzaddi,
also in its final form
and Quph.
We then explored some alternative translations and root of Aht, usually translated as the definite article. It was observed that this could be thought as the contraction of like the Arabic te-marbutta.
We also noted that Torah and Tarot might be related grammatically.
Next, we drew this representation of the Tree of Life with four different Worlds, which we will discuss later, represented by four circles. Outside the first circle we have _ _ Aur Ein Sof, the Light Without End.
The World of that first circle is the World of Atzilut, The world of Emanation. The root of the word is . The Sephirot in this World are Keter, Chokhmah and Binah. If we also look at different aspects of the Soul in different parts of the Tree, Neshama would be what we find here. It would reside, so to speak, in Keter. There is also the pseudo-Sephirah Da'at , Knowledge, at the lower edge of the circle.
The next World is that of the second circle, counting from the top, that of Beriah, the World of Creation. This world contains Keter, Binah, Chokhma , Chesed, Gevurah and the pseudo-Sephirah Da'at . The aspect of the soul associated with this World is Yehidah .
Continuing our descent, we come to the third circle from the top. This World is that of Yetzirah the World of Formation. The Sephirot of this World are Chesed, Gevurah, Tif'eret, Netzach, Hod and the pseudo-Sephirah Da'at.The aspect of the soul associated with this World is Ruach .
We come now to the fourth and last circle in our descent, the World of Assiah , the World of Matter. The Sephirot associated with this World are Tif'eret, Netzach, Hod, Yesod and Malkhut .The aspect of the soul associated with this World is two-fold: in Tif'eret resides Chayah , while in Malkhut there is Nefesh.
